I write to you with a deep sense of gratitude for your past support and a humble request for your continued assistance. Many of you are familiar with Tekrema's journey. The organization has tirelessly worked to provide excellent arts programming to youth and adults in the greater New Orleans area. Despite the challenges of operating without substantial funding, we have persevered, and your support has been instrumental in our journey.

Now, due to the current social and political climate, Tekrema finds itself in a challenging position with no funding. This situation directly impacts our ability to continue providing the vital services we have offered, especially those for our youth. How do we continue? The most viable solution is through your generous community support. Tekrema will be organizing a series of fundraising events with the mission of raising revenue to sustain our programs.

Meanwhile, I encourage you to register for our adult classes. These classes not only provide a platform for personal growth and expression but also contribute to the sustainability of our programs. For a nominal fee of $50, you can purchase a ten-class card, which has no expiration date and allows you to attend any scheduled class.

We have planned a beautiful, meaningful, and exciting season. Please help us accomplish our goals and objectives.
